In his career Henri operated full operating responsibility as GM or Consultant in the hotel industry (ACCOR), real Estate (ICADE) and Building Energy Solutions (Johnson Controls France).
In the Energy Efficiency field from 2011 to 2017 Henri ran the Energy Solutions and Building management Systems divisions at Johnson Controls France.
Previous to joining JCF, he spent 6 years as transitional manager and project finance consultant for European multilateral banking organizations around infrastructures, energy and real estate programs. He held leadership roles in sales, finance, strategy and general management.
He is a regular speaker at conferences addressing energy policies and is particularly known for his expertise in PPP(PFI) financing models applied to energy and real estate.
He speaks 4 languages fluently and is graduated in Commercial Law, finance and Political Science.
